Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to explore the importance of commitment to change. This study is to examine the impact of organizational commitment and career commitment on effectiveness change message and commitment to change. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is employee in Batam who is working in manufacturing company by totals sample as much 450 respondents. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are simple regression and multiple regression. The result of 450 respondents reveals that organizational commitment and career commitment have significant positive relationship with effectiveness change message and also effectiveness change message have positive relationship with commitment to change. Key word: Organizational Commitment, Career Commitment, Effectiveness Change Message, Commitment To Change.
