Abstract
The purpose of this study is to observe the impact of pay satisfaction, job satisfaction, affective commitment, perceived organizational support, and alternatives as independent variable on turnover intention as dependent variable. This study was conducted in an industry that employs all workers as permanent employee. The population of this research is workers with permanent employee status. The sample used is employees of PT. Batamindo Investment Cakrawala located at Mukakuning, Batam. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling technique which in category as permanent employees. Data collection method which is used in this research is survey method using questionnaires. The statistic method used in this research is multiple regression. The results of this research showed that pay satisfaction, and perceived organizational support have a low influence to turnover intention. Whereas job satisfaction, affective commitment, and alternatives are positively influenced turnover intention.
