Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify variable in job characteristics, supervisor relationship, job environment, salary, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Based on hypothesis that has been studied there is a positive correlatation between each variable with evidence of ongoing data transmitted to the hospital in Batam as many as 200 copies are ruterned with return of 170 copeis of questionnairs. Result obtained through the above data shows the result when the level of job satisfaction in hospital institutions is high, then the rate of employee turnover intention will be low and reserve applies. Keywords: job characteristics, supervisor relationship, job environment, salary, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention.
