Abstract
This research goals an integrated framework to explain the involvement in the response to purchasing decisions. This model is rooted in purchase decisions, overall satisfaction, loyalty chain but explicitly incorporate the facility versus interactive service quality, trust, product-specific investment market. Authors focus on disentangling the direct versus indirect construct a model trust disposition attitude in response to the purchasing decision. The traditional chain of responses but also showed his loyalty can be enhanced by building a trustworthy image and creating customer satisfaction. The authors found that overall satisfaction is a good precursor to build a purchasing decision. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive influence between perceived customer care with the purchase decision, perceived customer value with the purchase decision, perceived site security with perceived trustworthiness, trust disposition attitude with perceived trustworthiness, perceived trustworthiness with a purchase decision. Qualitative research and comparative causal research. Simple random sampling method is used to take samples. The results already contain a positive effect between perceived customer care with the purchase decision, there is a positive influence between perceived customer value with the purchase decision, there is a positive influence between perceived security site with perceived trustworthiness, there is a negative effect between trust disposition attitude with perceived trustworthiness, there is positive between perceived trustworthiness with a purchase decision.
