Abstract
The desire to intent to quit has become a serious problem in the development of the company now management causing looses to the company, so the researches conducted a study on the intention to quit seen from job satisfaction, pay satisfaction, perception of outsourcing and organizational commitment. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factor that causes intention to quit of employees with pay satisfaction, perception of outsourcing as independent variable, job satisfaction, organizational commitment as intervening variable and intention to quit as dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees who work at electronic manufacturing companies in five industrial area in Batam that is Muka Kuning, Batam centre, Sekupang, Tanjung Uncang and Batu Ampar by using purposive sampling (objective consideration). A total 200 questionnaires were distributed to respondent and returns by 100%. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are regression and multiple regression analysis method with the individual level of analysis unit. The results showed that all variables except job satisfaction have significantly impact to intention to quit.
