Abstract
The desire to intent to quit has become a serious problem in the development of the company now management causing looses to the company, so the researches conducted a study on turnover intentions seen from perceived job stress, leadership support, global job satisfaction, organization commitment. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factor that causes turnover intentions of employees with perceived job stress and leadership support as independent variable, global job satisfaction, organization commitment as intervening variable and turnover intentions dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees of hospitalization who work at private hospital in five private hospital area in Batam that is Budi Kemulian Hospital, Awal Bros Hospital, Harapan Bunda Hospital, St Elisabeth Hospital and Caris Medika Hospital by using purposive sampling (objective consideration). A total 249 questionnaires were distributed to respondent and returns by 100%. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis are multiple regression analysis method with the individual level of analysis unit. The results of this study indicate that the organization commitment nothing have influence to turnover intentions, global job satisfaction influence to turnover intentions, global job satisfaction influence to organization commitment, perceived job stress nothing have influence to global job satisfaction, there is influence between perceived job stress to organization commitment and leadership support nothing have influence to global job satisfaction Keywords: Turnover intentions, Global job satisfaction, Organization commitment, Leadership support, Perceived job stress.
