Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the influence of cash conversion cycle and current ratio, on firm’s profitability with debt ratio and sales growth as control variable. The dependent variable is measured by using operating income, while the independent variables are cash conversion cycle and current ratio, and the control variables are debt ratio and sales growth. The research population is companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2005-2009. By using purposive sampling, the samples that meet requirement are 61 firms or 305 observations data. The data are tested using multiple regression methods through statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The regression analysis results showed significant influences of cash conversion cycle on firm’s profitability. Current ratio, debt ratio, and sales growth do not have significant impact on firm’s profitability.
