Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Support and Supervisory Support to Job Motivation and Salesperson Commitment to Customer Service with Customer Complaints as a moderating variable. Statistical method that used to test the research hypothesis is multiple regression method. Independent variables are Organizational Support and Supervisory Support while the dependent variables are Job Motivation and Salesperson Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Complaints as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires researchers with purposive method of sampling. Research sample consisted of 225 respondents who worked as a salesperson in the service companies. The results of this research is that organizational support, supervisory support, job motivation and the salesperson commitment to customer service has no influence on customer complaints.
