Abstract
In the modern era, the use of technology in business activities or services are preferred. The use of this technology is expected to increase the ease with which facilities can be provided. And the use of this technology should be accompanied by a growing consumer interest in and knowledge about business activities or services-based technology that can lead to effectiveness and efficiency in obtaining information and processing data. The study was conducted to determine consumer willingness and to see the impact of consumer confidence and activity on consumer behavior to adopt technology-based services. The sample in this study were drawn from the people of Batam that are using internet banking services. Measuring the sample using purposive sampling techniques, survey methods and tools in the form of a questionnaire to the respondent of banking company. Data analysis was performed with Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conclude that the variables that affect the consciousness of the use of online services have an influence on the use of a technology-based services for better benefits.
