Abstract
This study aims to investigate the factor that causes employees turnover intention by focusing on internal social networks, person-organization value fit, job satisfaction, alternative job opportunities, job stress and tenure. Samples of this study were taken from employees of commercial banks in Batam. As a dependent variable is the turnover intention, while as the independent variable are internal social networks, person-organization value fit, job satisfaction, alternative job opportunities, job stress and tenure. Statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is a multiple regression analysis method with the individual level of analysis units. Primary data obtained directly from the object of research. A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed to respondent. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. The results showed that the internal social networks, job satisfaction, job stress and tenure impact significantly on turnover intention. While person organization value fit and alternative job opportunities not significantly impact on turnover intention.
