Abstract
This research will get focus on agreeableness, conscientiousness, extroversion, and stability as factor of impact to loyalty and trust, commitment, satisfaction as intervening on service industry sector especially fast food restaurant because firm shall get to make customer that use its product perceives satisfaction to the product and service so get to arise loyalty on consumer. Besides that, this research also analyses influence agreeableness, conscientiousness, extroversion, and stability as factor of impact to loyalty and trust, commitment, satisfaction as intervening. Method for the samples selection is using convenience sampling and the population is restaurant`s customer in Batam by totals sample as much 315 respondents. Sample of this research is fast food restaurant`s consumer by using of analysis regression statistic method and multi regression. This observational result is agreeableness and extroversion had uninfluenced on trust, conscientiousness and stability had influence on trust. Agreeableness and conscientiousness had uninfluenced on commitment, extroversion and stability had influence on commitment. Satisfaction had influence on trust, commitment, and loyalty to store. Trust had influence on commitment, and loyalty to store. Commitment had influence on loyalty to store. Keyword: Personality traits, Trust, Commitment, Satisfaction, Loyalty to store.
