Abstract

Analisis Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Pendanaan Internal, Pendanaan Eksternal, Peluang Pertumbuhan, dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Perusahaan The Purpose of this study is to examine the effect of firm-size, internal finance, external finance, growth opportunities, and firm-age on company growth. This study using financial report of 123 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2005- 2009 as research samples. The research observation consisted of 589 data that collected using purposive method. The multiple regression method used as hypotheses testing. This study result point that firm size, internal finance and external finance have significant impact on company growth, meanwhile growth opportunities and firm-age is found to have insignificant impact on company growth. Result of the hypotheses testing showed that firm size, cash flow and leverage have positive significant effect on company growth, but growth opportunities and firm-age have no significant effect on company growth. The result also showed that small companies grow faster than medium and large enterprise. Keywords: firm-size, internal finance, external finance, growth opportunities, firm-age, and company growth.
