Abstract
The purpose of this study is to observe the impact of ethical climate with work satisfaction, perceived support for creativity at work with work satisfaction, learning culture with work satisfaction, pay satisfaction or dissatisfaction with work satisfaction and job stress with work satisfaction. And ethical climate, perceived support for creativity at work, learning culture, job stress, pay satisfaction or dissatisfaction as independent variable, work satisfaction as dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees who work at manufacturing companies in Batam. The sample used is manufacturing companies located in industrial zones Batamindo Batam. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method which is used in this research is survey method with interview technique and questionnaires. Analysis using multiple regression. The results of this research showed that ethical climate affect work satisfaction, perceived support for creativity affect work satisfaction, learning culture affect work satisfaction, job stress affect work satisfaction, pay satisfaction or dissatisfaction did not affect work satisfaction.
