Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) dan sikap wisatawan terhadap minat untuk berkunjung ke Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Responden yang dilibatkan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden. Responden merupakan wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara yang sedang ataupun akan berkunjung ke Kota Batam. Analisis data yang diperoleh dari survei terhadap wisatawan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa eWOM memberikan pengaruh kepada minat berkunjung. Sikap wisatawan memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung. Selanjutnya eWOM dan sikap wisatawan juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh p minat berkunjung.----------------The purpose of this study is to discuss electronic interactions by word of mouth (eWOM) and tourist attitudes towards interest in visiting Batam. This research uses quantitative research. Respondents involved in this study were 400 respondents. Respondents are local and foreign tourists visiting Batam City. Analysis of the data obtained from a survey of tourists was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that eWOM had an effect on interest in visiting. The attitude of tourists had an affect on interest in visiting. Furthermore eWOM and tourist attitudes also showed an affect in visiting interests.
