Abstract

Lavintage merupakan salah satu restoran di Universitas International Batam khususnya Lavintage bagi mahasiswa/i pariwisata bukan cuma tempat praktek, tapi juga tempat belajar, tempat bekerja sama, tempat yang penuh pressure agar mahasiswa/i pariwisata dapat bekerja dan mengerti apa tugas mereka sebenarnya agar bisa membedakan apa yang harus dilakukan saat bekerja dan apa yang tidak boleh dilakukan saat bekerja sesuai dengan passion mereka. Di karenakan kurangnya gambaran tentang restoran dan tempat praktek, maka penulis membuat buku menu ini untuk mengenali lebih dalam tentang gambaran Lavintage atau restoran yang ada di Universitas International Batam. Dalam pembuatan buku menu ini penulis menggunakan metode atraktif yang memliki 2 teknik pengambilan gambar yaitu Low Angle dan Close up untuk membuat laporan penulis, dan penulis menggunakan software Adobe Indesign CC 2020 sebagai pengeditan buku. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas pengintegrasian disetiap foto yang diambil dan penulis membuat buku menu ini agar bisa digunakan sebagai media promosi dan informasi untuk mengintorduksikan restoran di Universitas International Batam atau disebut Lavintage. -------------------Lavintage is the exclusive restaurant in Universitas Internasional Batam. The place serves not only for practice but also as a study place for the students, a place to work together. It teaches the students to difference between what or what not to do in their duties.Due to the lack of presence about the restaurant and the place in general, author decided to make a menu book to introduce a deeper information about the Lavintage of Universitas Internasional Batam. In the making of this menu book, author uses the atraktif method that has 2 techniques of taking pictures, one being low angle and close up, author uses the Adobe reader Indesign CC 2020 software to edit the menu book. Result of this research is to show the effectiveness integration of each of the pictures taken, and author creates the menu book that can be used as a promotional media and providing information about the Lavintage restaurant in Universitas Internasional Batam.
