Abstract

Digital Library merupakan perpustakaan yang mengelola berbagai bentuk informasi seputar perkuliahan yang dimuat dan disimpan dalam bentuk komputerisasi, sehingga akses terhadap informasi terkini bisa diakses kapan dan dimana saja oleh Mahasiswa, Dosen, dan pengguna lainnya. Maka dari itu pentingnya bagi Penulis untuk mengetahui kualitas website perpustakaan di Universitas Internasional Batam. Dimana peningkatan kualitas layanan website diharapkan bisa menggiatkan niat mahasiswa dalam memakai situs perpustakaan dengan maksud mendapatkan informasi kuliah yang dibutuhkan. Pengukuran kualitas website dicapai dengan penggunaan metode Webqual 4.0 dengan 4 variabel indikator yaitu usability, information quality, interaction services serupa variabel independen dan user satisfactory serupa variabel dependen. Dan dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan data memakai SPSS versi 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak Universitas untuk meningkatkan tingkat kualitas serta memberikan layanan situs perpustakaan yang maksimal.------------------------------------Digital Library is a library that manages various information around college that stored and kept in the form of computerization, thus the accessbility for the most recent updates is avaiable to use anywhere and anytime by Student, Lecturer and user in general. Therefore it is important for Writer to be able to find out the about the quality measurement of digital library in Universitas Internasional Batam. Whereas the enchament of website quality expected to raise the moral of Student to use website for information gains. the measurement of website quality is reached with Webqual 4.0 method that contains 4 variable such as, usability, infomration quality, interaction services that serve as independent variable and user satisfactory that serves as dependent variable. SPSS 21 serves as a data processing. The result of the research gives a recommendation for the University to upgrade the quality and the services provided by the digital library.
