Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi BAAK UIB saat ini dalam memanajemen ruangan beserta ATK ruangan tersebut. BAAK UIB merupakan salah satu instansi yang dimiliki UIB dan memiliki tugas untuk menyediakan ruangan beserta ATK ruangan ke siapapun yang ingin menggunakan ruangan. Sistem yang telah dirancang adalah berbasis web dan berbasis android untuk membantu BAAK UIB dalam mengatur dan mengendali ruangan secara langsung. Status dari setiap ruangan akan ditampilkan oleh sistem secara langsung. Metode SDLC atau metode waterfall telah digunakan dalam meneliti dan mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan untuk merancang sistem. sistem tersebut terimplementasi dengan menggunakan server UIB. Bedasarkan respon dari prosedur implementasi, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa sistem ini telah menyelesaikan masalah sesuai dengan yang dirancangnya.-----------------------The aim of the thesis is to solve the problems that are being faced by BAAK UIB at the moment in the matter of classroom management including the stationary in the classroom. BAAK UIB is one of the agency owned by UIB and the duty of BAAK UIB have is to provide classrooms including the stationary for the classroom to anyone who wish to use the classroom. The system that was created are web-based and android-based to assist BAAK UIB in organizing and controlling the classroom in real-time manner. Each classrooms’ status will be displayed on the system in real-time manner The SDLC method or waterfall method was used to conduct researches and also to gather necessary data to develop the system. The system was implemented using UIB’s server. Based on the implementation procedure response, we concluded that this system have solve the problem as designed.
