Abstract

Laporan Kerja Praktek bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi pada Sekolah Harapan Utama.Sekolah Harapan Utama belum memiliki penerapan penilaian kinerja yang sesuai dengan ketentuan sekolah.Oleh karena itu penulis ingin membantu Sekolah untuk merancang penilaian kinerja yang benar dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta mengembangkan kinerja guru dalam pendidikan. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dimulai dari Oktober 2019 sampai Febuari 2020.Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi dan permasalahan yang dialami. Kemudian penulis akan membuat formulir penilaian kinerja yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Penulis merancang form penilaian kinerja guru menggunakan Checklist method dan mendesain indikator form penilaian kinerja serta bobot penilaian kinerja. ********************************************************************** Report of Working Practiceaims to resolve the problems that faced the School Harapan Utama. The school Harapan Utama does not have an application of performance appraisal that is in accordance with school regulations. By because the author wants to help the school to design the ratings performance of the correct and improve employee performance and develop teacher performance in education. Activity Work Practice begins from October 2019 until February 2020. The method that is used is the conduct observations and interviews to obtain information and problems are experienced. Then the writer will make a performance appraisal form in accordance with the criteria. The author designed the teacher performance appraisal form using the Checklist method and designed the performance appraisal form indicators and the performance appraisal weigh.
