Abstract
Penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan sebuah proses untuk membangun kemajuan perusahaan bersama karyawan dan pendekatan untuk mengembangkan kinerja karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan kemajuan dan keberhasilan perusahaan dalam jangka pendek dan panjang. Pengelolaan kinerja ini sangat penting untuk menjaga eksistensi perusahaan. Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek di PT. Mulia Jaya Persada yang dilakukan dalam Oktober 2019 hingga akhir Januari 2020, penulis melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lokasi perusahaan dan mewawancarai pemilik usaha berkaitan dengan perancangan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan karyawan. Luaran dari kerja praktek ini adalah formula penilaian kinerja karyawan. Hasil perancangan formula dan penerapan penilaian kinerja karyawan ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan juga kinerja perushaan secara keseluruhan. Manfaat yang didapatkan berguna bagi kedua belah pihak, karyaawan dan juga pemilik usaha dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. ********************************************************************** Performance appraisal is a process to build an understanding of achievment and an approach to manage employee performance in order to improve the company's progress and success achieved in the future. In carrying out practical work in PT. Mulia Jaya Persada which began in September 2019 until the end of December 2019, the authors made direct observations to the location of the company and interviewed business owners relating to the design of employee performance appraisal systems. The main output of work is performance appraisal form. The results of the design are expected to help companies improve employee performance and overall company performance. The benefits obtained are useful for both parties, employees and business owners in achieving company goals.
