Abstract
Diadakannya kerja praktik ini sangat membantu pemilik laudry untuk mengembangkan usahanya yang terletak di Cipta Puri sebelah kampus Putera Batam tersebut, yang baru saja didirikan pada tahun 2018 oleh pemiliknya bernama Ibu Ratna. Kerja praktik ini dilaksanakan dimulai pada 01 Desember 2019 hingga 28 February 2020. Penulis akan melaksanakan tugasnya dimulai dari observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha laundry tersebut, kemudian melakukan perancangan strategi dan mengimplementasikan strategi apa yang telah penulis rancang. Strategi yang dibuat penulis untuk Puri Laundry yaitu dengan mempromosikan Laundry dengan social media maupun dengan penyebaran brosur dan memberikan kartu yang disebut Reward Card untuk para pelanggan agar mendapatkan promosi gratis mencuci. Sehingga dengan adanya itu mampu meningkatkan penghasilan Puri Laundry yang memikat pelanggan agar berkali-kali melakukan pencucian di Puri Laundry tersebut. ********************************************************************** The practical work done by Writer really helped Laudry's owner to develop her business, located in Cipta Puri next to the Putera Batam campus, which was established in 2018 by its owner named Mrs. Ratna. This practical work was done from December 01, 2019 to February 28, 2020. The author carried out her duties starting from observation and interviews with the laundry business owner, then do the strategy design and implement what strategies the author's have designed. The strategies made by the writer for Puri Laundry are by promoting Laundry with social media and by distributing brochures and giving cards called Reward Cards for customers to get a free washing promotion. The projects are able to increase the income of Puri Laundry that entices customers to repeatedly do the laundry in the Puri Laundry.
