Abstract

Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini mempunyai tujuan membantu para pihak yang berperkara agar dalam proses persidangan tidak berbelit-belit dan mudah diselesaikan sehingga penerapan asas sederhana, cepat dan biaya ringan dapat tercapai. Dan setiap badan peradilan harus menerapkan asas sederhana, cepat dan biaya ringan dalam menangani setiap perkara hal ini berdasarkan pasal 2 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 48 tahun 2009 Tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman. Dengan asas tersebut dimaksudkan para pihak yang berperkara memperoleh kemudahan serta keadilan dalam menyelesaikan perkara di pengadilan terutama di pengadilan agama. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengumpulkan data menggunakan 2 metode data Primer yaitu mengamati dan menganalisis masalah-masalah yang ada dan metode sosiologis yaitu data sekunder dilanjutkan dengan primer atau data yang langsung saat Penulis melakukan studi dilapangan, adapun tahapan yang terbagi menjadi tiga tahap Yaitu Persiapan dengan mengajukan ijin kerja praktek di Pengadilan agama batam, tahap Pelaksanaan penulis akan melaksanakan kerja praktek pada tanggal 10 Juni 2019 hingga laporan selesai dan tahap pelaporan yaitu penulis akan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber yang telah penulis dapatkan hingga menggabungkan dengan system dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku saat ini dan memasukannya ke dalam laporan kerja praktek penulis. Dan tahap berikutnya melakukan penilaian kerja praktek oleh narasumber serta evaluasi oleh dosen yang bersangkutan, dan mengimplementasikan luaran projek penulis. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, penulis membuat luaran projek kerja praktek tentang Tata Cara Berperkara di Pengadilan Agama Batam dan Tata tertib masa sidang dengan tujuan memberikan kontribusi dalam penerapan asas sederhana cepat dan biaya ringan. ********************************************************************** Implementation of this practice has the objective to help the litigants that the court process is straightforward and easily accomplished so that the application of the principle is simple, fast and low cost can be achieved. And every judiciary should apply the principle of a simple, fast and low cost in handling every case it pursuant to Article 2 (4) of Law No. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Authority. With the principles are intended to gain the ease litigants and justice in resolving cases in courts, especially in the religious court. In this study the authors collected data using two methods of data Primary: to observe and analyze the problems that exist and methods of sociological secondary data followed by primary or data directly when author conducted a study in the field, while the stages are divided into three stages That started with asking work permit practice religious court Batam, stage of implementation of the authors will be carrying out practical work on 10 June 2019 until the report is completed and reporting stage that authors will gather the resources that have been writers get to combine with the system and the legislation in force today and put it into practical work report authors. And the next stage of the assessment of practical work by the speaker as well as an evaluation by the lecturer, and author implement project outcomes. Based on this analysis, the author makes the project outcomes practical work on the Procedure for litigants in Batam Religious Court and the session's regulations with the aim of contributing to the implementation of the principle of simple fast and inexpensive.
