Abstract

Laporan Kerja Praktek ini dirancang untuk membantu pemilik bisnis menyelesaikan masalah dan meningkatkan penjualan operasi bisnis mereka. HappyMart Mini Market adalah bisnis di sektor perdagangan yang dioperasikan oleh Erni selama lebih dari 10 tahun, terletak di Blok E 1-2 di pusat Ruko Greenland Batam. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang sudah dilakukan permsalahan yang saat ini dihadapi oleh pemilik usaha adalah sering terjadinya kekacauan pada persediaan stok barang di gudang sehingga mengalami kerugian yang cukup besar pada penjualan setiap bulannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak adanya sistem yang mengatur pencatatan stok barang di gudang. Berdasarkan ulasan diatas, penulis akan merancang sistem persediaan gudang dalam bentuk buku laporan persediaan. Keberadaan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada dan membantu pemilik bisnis meningkatkan penjualan. Kata kunci : Sistem, Persediaan stok barang, Buku laporan stok barang ********************************************************************** This practical work report designed to assist business owners in solving problems and increase sales of their business operations. HappyMart Minimart is business in trade sector run by Mrs. Erni for more than a decade or more than 10 years, located in Ruko Greenland Batam Center Blok E No. 1- 2. Based on the results of interviews conducted by the problem that is currently faced by business owners is the frequent occurrence of chaos in the inventory of goods in warehouses so that they experience a substantial loss in sales every month. This is due to the absence of a system that regulates the recording of inventory of goods in warehouses. Based on the above review, the author will design a warehouse inventory system in the form of an inventory report book. The existence of this system is expected to help solve existing problems and help business owners increase sales.
