Abstract

Pelaksanaan dan penyusunan laporan kerja praktek ini dilakukan oleh penulis dengan tujuan agar PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA terdaftar dalam sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) kemudian mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan perizinan usaha lainnya. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk memenuhi kewajiban PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA selaku pelaku usaha untuk terdaftar dalam sistem OSS dan memiliki NIB sebagaimana yang telah diatur tdalam Peraturan Pemerintah No. 24 Tahun 2018 tentang Pelayanan Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik lewat sistem Online Singe Submission (OSS), karena dengan dikeluarkannya PP No. 24 Tahun 2018 tersebut, setiap pelaku usaha di Indonesia wajib untuk terdaftar dalam sistem OSS dan memiliki NIB agar terlaksananya pemanfaatan teknologi dan infomasi serta pembaharuan sistem dan kebijakan yang maksimal sebagaimana yang diharapkan oleh pemerintah untuk bisa memberikan pelayanan publik yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam kerja praktek ini adalah metode wawancara dan studi dokumen milik klien. Secara umum, tahap-tahap dalam kerja praktek ini dimulai dengan tahap persiapan yang meliputi prospek tempat kerja praktek, pengajuan proposal dan pengumpulan data/informasi awal kemudian dilanjutkan ketahap pelaksanaan yang meliputi perancangan, presentasi dan pelaksanaan proyek dan diakhiri dengan tahap penilaian dan pelaporan. Kerja praktek ini memberikan hasil berupa terdaftarnya PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA ke dalam sistem OSS. Dari situ, PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA mendapatkan NIB dan bisa mengurus beberapa perizinan usaha sesuai dengan keperluannya. ********************************************************************** The implementation and preparation of this report is carried out by the author with the aim to register PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA in the Online Single Submission (OSS) system and to obtain the Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) in order to attain other business licenses. This was done to fulfill the obligations of PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA as a company, which is to be registered in the OSS system and to have an NIB as stipulated in the Government Regulation No. 24 of 2018 regarding Electronic Integrated Business Licensing Services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system., With the issuance of the Government Regulation No. 24 of 2018, every company in Indonesia is obliged to be registered in the OSS system and have an NIB so that the use of technology and information and the renewal of systems and policies are maximized as expected by the government to be able to provide optimal public services. The methods used by the author to collect data in this report are interviewing and studying the documents belonging to the client. In general, the stages to build this report begin with the preparation stage, which includes the prospects of the workplace, submission of proposals and collection of initial data /information then proceeded by the implementation phase, which includes the design, presentation and implementation of the project and end with the assessment and reporting phase. The result of this report is the registration of PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA into the OSS system. From there, PT NARAYANA BATAM PERKASA received an NIB and is now able to process several business licenses according to their needs.
