Abstract
Sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang di lakukan pada CV. Cinema Creative bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan sistem penilaian kinerja yang belum tepat penerapannya dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 10%. Teknik yang digunakan dalam permasalahan perusahaan ini yaitu dengan membuat formulir penilaian kinerja karyawan yang diberikan kepada direktur untuk menilai kinerja karyawannya dengan tepat. Aspek-aspek yang dinilai dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini yaitu: kerja tim, disiplin, kepemimpinan, pengetahuan tentang pekerjaannya, fokus pelanggan. Formulir penilaian kinerja karyawan digunakan untuk menilai semua karyawan yang bekerja di CV. Cinema Creative. Pelaksanaan kerja praktek dilakukan selama empat bulan yaitu periode 01 Oktober 2019 sampai dengan 31 Januari 2020. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam laporan kerja praktek ini yaitu metode observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Hasil dari sistem penilaian kinerja yang telah dirancang oleh penulis dan diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan, dapat mempermudah direktur dalam menilai potensi karyawannya dan lebih mudah dalam melihat peningkatan yang terjadi terhadap karyawan. ********************************************************************** Employee performance appraisal system conducted on CV. Cinema Creative aims to overcome the problems of the performance appraisal system that has not been properly implemented and also to improve employee performance by 10%. The technique used towards this company issue is by making an employee performance appraisal form which is given to the director to appraise the employee’s performance appropriately. The aspects assessed in the implementation of this practical work are: teamwork, discipline, leadership, knowledge of the work and customer focus. The employee performance appraisal form is used to assess all employees who work at CV. Cinema Creative. The implementation of this practical work was carried out for four months, more specifically from the 1st of October, 2019 to 31st of January, 2020. The method used by the authors in this practical work report is the method of observation and interviews with business owners. The results of the performance appraisal system that has been designed by the author and implemented by the company allows the director in assessing the potential of employees and easily see their improvements.
