Abstract
Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi KoKo Laundry. Kegiatan kerja praktek dimulai dari 01 Oktober 2019 – 12 Januari 2020 yang berlokasi di Cahaya Garden tahap 1 Blok F No 5. KoKo Laundry yang selama ini sudah berjalan masih belum menerapkan sistem promosi yang dapat menarik minat konsumen. Kerja Praktek ini menghasilkan penerapan strategi bauran promosi pada KoKo Laundry. Luaran yang disampaikan kepada pemilik toko meliputi strategi bauran promosi yang meliputi sales promotion, direct marketing, advertising. Output dari hasil Kerja Praktek ini berupa penerapan kartu Stempel KoKo Laundry, Facebook KoKo Laundry, Instagram KoKo Laundry dan Banner KoKo Laundry.Strategi bauran promosi yang digunakan pada KoKo Laundry adalah sales promotion dengan menggunakan kartu stamp yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 15 stamp dan akan mendapatkan gratis cuci 1kg, direct marketing dengan melakukan promosi di Facebook dan Instagram dan advertising melalui pemasangan banner KoKo Laundry. Hasil dari penerapan kerja praktek ini adalah keberlanjutan penerapan bauran promosi pada Koko Laundry. Selain itu, setelah diterapkan metode pemasaran ini selama 2 bulan telah terlihat peningkatan penjualan sebesar 10% pada Koko Laundry. Kata kunci: Strategi, manajemen, promotion mix, pemasaran ********************************************************************** This practical work is carried out in KoKo Laundry where located on Cahaya Garden 1 Block F No 5. Practical work start from October 10, 2019 until January 12, 2020 aim to solve the problem that faced by KoKo Laundry. During its operational, Koko Laundry hasn’t applied any promotion to attract consumers interest. Through this practical work resulted application of marketing mix strategy, exactly promotions in KoKo Laundry. The output from this practical work include sales promotion, direct marketing, advertising, which is proven by application of KoKo Laundry’s Stamp Card, Facebook and Instagram registration for KoKo Laundry, also Banner for KoKo Laundry. Stamp card is the application from sales promotion which customer’s of KoKo Laundry will get free 1kg of laundry if they have gotten 15 stamp. Facebook and Instagram registration is application from direct marketing and banner making is application drom advertising. The result from this practical work is sustainability of the application of promotion mix. Other than that, after application of these promotion strategy during 2months, there is 10 percent increase in KoKo Laundry’s sales.
