Abstract
Pelaksanaan kerja praktek dilakukan pada 1 Oktober 2019 hingga 31 Januari 2020 di rumah makan Cihui Vegetarian yang berlokasi di Windsor Central Blok C no 7-8 Batam Kepuauan Riau. Rumah makan Cihui Vegetarian ini didirikan pada tahun 2018 dan dikelola oleh ibu Xuen-xuen sebagai owner. Tujuan dari kegiatan kerja praktek ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis SWOT pada rumah makan Cihui untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dengan menyusun strategi yang tepat sesuai permasalahan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan selama kerja praktek ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan peracangan serta implementasi strategi yang telah di rancang. Hasil analisis SWOT yang didapat kemudian dirancang dalam bentuk matriks swot dan menghasilkan beberapa strategi pemasaran yang efektif yang mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan bagi rumah makan Cihui Vegetarain. Strategi diantarana adalah strategi promosi yang dilakukan melalui media sosial dan media cetak serta adanya potongan harga. ********************************************************************** The implementation of practical work was carried out from 1 October 2019 to 31 January 2020 at the Vegetarian Cihui restaurant located at Windsor Central Block C no. 7-8 Batam Kepuauan Riau. Cihui Vegetarian restaurant was founded in 2018 and is managed by Ms. Xuen-xuen as the owner. The purpose of this practical work activity is carried out to analyze SWOT at Cihui restaurants to increase sales volume by developing appropriate strategies according to the problems encountered. The methods used during this practical work are observation, interview and design and implementation of the strategy that has been designed. The SWOT analysis results obtained were then designed in the form of a swot matrix and produced several effective marketing strategies that were able to increase sales volume for the Vegetarian Cihui restaurant.
