Abstract
Toko Cream Bear Batam merupakan suatu waralaba merek dagang yang awalnya didirikan pada tahun 2015 di Hongkong dengan desainer dari Taiwan. Toko Cream Bear merupakan toko yang menjual koleksi tas maupun boneka bernuansa lucu yang berdesain beruang sebagai merek dagang Toko Cream Bear Batam serta boneka kucing Sammao yang juga tidak kalah populer. Toko Cream Bear Batam telah memiliki lebih dari 200 toko di seluruh dunia yang meliputi Eropa, Rusia, Cina, Singapura, Malaysia, Thailand, dan sebagainya. Dan Pada tahun 2018, Toko Cream Bear Batam pertama kali hadir di kota Batam, Indonesia. Namun terdapat beberapa risiko yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian pada Toko Cream Bear Batam karena tidak adanya suatu perjanjian kerja yang dibuat secara tertulis antara badan usaha dengan tenaga kerja. Dalam hal ini, perjanjian kerja hanya dibuat secara lisan. Hal ini menarik minat penulis untuk melaksanakan Kerja Praktik yang dilaksanakan dari 28 Mei 2019 hingga 03 Agustus 2019. Terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan Kerja Praktik ini seperti observasi, perancangan perjanjian kerja dan implementasi. Penulis telah merancang sebuah draft perjanjian baku dalam menjawab kebutuhan perusahaan akan peningkatan mutu layanan internal serta untuk mengurangi risiko human error dan risiko pengingkaran janji oleh para pihak. Rancangan tersebut dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi risiko timbulnya permasalahan antara pihak perusahaan dengan tenaga kerja. Dengan implementasi yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Toko Cream Bear telah mengalami peningkatan serta ada pengurangan risiko akan terjadinya sengketa yang kemungkinan timbul. ********************************************************************** Cream Bear store in Batam is a trademark franchise that was originally founded in 2015 in Hong Kong with designers from Taiwan. The Cream Bear store sells bag collections and cute doll designed as the Cream Bear trademark along with Sammao cat that are quite popular as well. Cream Bear Store has more than 200 stores in that already spread in the world, covering Europe, Russia, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and so on. And in 2018, Cream Bear store was present as the first store in Indonesia, City of Batam. But in the company’s management, there are some risks that can cause losses to the Batam Bear Cream Shop because of the absence of a employement agreement made in writing between the business entity and the labor. In this case, the employement agreement is only made by orally. This case attracts interest author to carry out the practical work here, from 28 May 2019 to 31 August 2019. There are several methods used in carrying out this practical work such as observation, contrivance the employement agreement and implementation. The author has designed a standard draft agreement in answering the company's needs to improve the quality of internal services and to reduce the risk of human error and the risk of broken promises by the parties. The design was made with the aim of reducing the risk of problems that may occur between the company and the staffs. With the implementation that has been done, it can be concluded that the Cream Bear Store has experienced of the increase of internal seevice quality and reduction in the risk of disputes that might occur.
