Abstract

Tujuan penulis dalam kerja praktek ini ialah untuk memperjuangkan hak pekerja yang diatur dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan khususnya tentang kontrak kerja bagi pekerja maupun pemberi kerja. Selama ini di Home Industry Super Star C sering terjadi permasalahan dimana pekerja yang mangkir kerja tanpa pemberitahuan kepada pemberi kerja. Oleh sebab itu pemberi kerja sering mengalami kesulitan dalam hal mencari pekerja pengganti dan membutuhkan waktu lama untuk mendidik pekerja untuk pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang ada di Home Industry Super Star C. Oleh sebab itu hal tersebut menyebabkan kerugian bagi Home Industry Super Star C. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan selama periode 21 Mei 2018 sampai dengan 31 Juli 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek adalah Penelitian Hukum Empiris dimana cara penelitian ini dilakukan dengan meneliti data-data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan atau observasi serta data-data dari wawancara dan juga penyebaran kuesioner. Kemudian selain yang diatas, juga akan digunakan Penelitian Hukum Sosiologis yang menggunakan data sekunder berupa dasar hokum ataupun hokum perundang-undangan yang berkaitan serta penelitian hokum terapan karena hasil dari penelitian ini akan diaplikasikan oleh penulis. Luaran proyek yang dihasilkan berupa kontrak kerja untuk para pekerja di Home Industry Super Star C. Luaran proyek tersebut belum mendapatkan persetujuan implementasi dari pemberi kerja Home Industry Super Star C karena kontrak kerja yang dihasilkan masih memerlukan perbaikan lebih lanjut untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih maksimal berguna untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja serta hubungan industrial yang harmonis. ********************************************************************** The purpose of the author in this practical work is to fight for workers' rights as stipulated in the Manpower Law, especially regarding employment contracts for workers and employers. So far, in the Home Industry Super Star C, problems often occur where workers are absent from work without notice to the employer. Therefore employers often experience difficulties in finding substitute workers and need a long time to educate workers for jobs in the Home Industry Super Star C. Therefore this causes a loss for Home Industry Super Star C. Practical Work Activities This is done during the period of May 21, 2018 until July 31, 2018. The method used in the implementation of Job Training is Empirical Legal Research where the way this research is carried out by examining the data obtained from the results of observations or observations and data from interviews and questionnaires. Then in addition to the above, Sociological Legal Research will also be used which uses secondary data in the form of legal basis or legal regulations relating and applied legal research because the results of this study will be applied by the author. The project output is in the form of a work contract for workers in the Home Industry Super Star C. The project output has not yet obtained an implementation agreement from a Home Industry Super Star C employer because the resulting work contract still requires further improvements to achieve more useful results. increase work productivity and harmonious industrial relations.
