Abstract

Kerja praktik adalah studi wajib oleh mahasiswa UIB dalam proses untuk kelulusan program studi S1 Akuntansi dan dimana tujuan dari praktik ini membantu Rumah Biru Production menampilkan laporan transaksi yang layak sesudah proses implementasi dari sistem yang terancang. Rumah Biru Production ini beroperasi di Ruko Kaos T-Obeng Lt 3, Pelita, Nagoya, Lubuk Baja. Praktik ini dilaksanakan dari 01 maret 2019 s.d. 31 Mei 2019 dimana tahapan prosesnya seperti mulai dari observasi, melakukan wawancara, rancangan sistem, implementasi dan simulasi di RBP. Sistem yang dirancang tersebut dirancang menggunakan sebuah software dari Microsoft (Ms Office Access) sesuai dari apa yang diinginkan perusahaan dan berstandarisasi sesuai bisnis ekonomi mikro menengah. Hasil dari tabel berupa form input/edit transaksi, form referensi, dan switchboard. Akhir dan hasil kegiatan ini akan membuat pemilik perusahaan mudah didalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi dan pencatatan transaksinya lebih mudah sesuai standarnya dan agar tingkat efisiensi kerja meningkat di perusahaan tersebut. ********************************************************************** Practice opening hours is one of the study compulsory for students uib in the process for graduation course of study S1 accounting and where is the purpose of this exercise help Rumah Biru Production provides a financial report worth after process of applying a system designed.The blue house production is operating in Shirt Shop T-Obeng 3rd floor, Pelita, Nagoya, Lubuk Baja.These practices carried out from 01 March 2019 s.d.31 2019 May in what stage the process as from observation, do the interview, the design, system implementation and the simulation in RBP. A system designed these were designed using a software from microsoft (Ms office access) according to what the company wants and standardized according to the middle microeconomic business The documents produced into Form of Transaction (input / edit), Reference Form and The Switchboard. The end and the results of this practice opening hours will allow company owner in decision making the economy and record keeping their transactions more easily fit the standard and that the level of efficiency in an elevated work in the company.
