Abstract

Kegiatan merancang sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini adalah kegiatan kerja praktik yang wajib untuk mahasiswa UIB untuk proses kelulusan. Tujuan peneliti melakukan kerja praktek ini adalah supaya membantu Souvenirbatam_id untuk melakukan pencatatan akuntansi. Perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang berbasis digital dan komputerisasi yang memakai program Microsoft Office Access akan dikenalkan kepada Souvenirbatam_id. Kerja praktik ini dilakukan melewati tahap survei, observasi, merancang sistem, wawancara, revisi, penerapan, dan penilaian. Merancang sistem pencatatan melalui aplikasi software Microsoft Office Access memiliki bagian-bagian terpenting yaitu tabel, Query, form dan laporan. Pencatatan berawal dari pengisian transaksi dan fitur aplikasi yang berfurngsi untuk memudahkan pemilik usaha untuk merekam dan mencatat transaksi adalah bagian form. Data yang terkumpul dari form akan tersimpan di tabel. Untuk penyajian laporan keuangan maka perlu dibuat Query yang berfurngsi sebagai penggabungan data yang ada pada tabel. Query dibuat untuk membentuk sebuah laporan keuangan. Laporan keuagan yang di hasilkan oleh tahap sebelumnya berupa laporan buku besar, neraca, laba rugi, aset tetap. Penerapan rancangan sistem pencatatan akan bersangsung di toko Souvenirbatam_id. Catatan akuntansi Souvenirbatam_id yang menggunakan hasil dari sistem desain ini bisa menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat sehingga pihak yang berkepentingan dapat menggunakannya. ********************************************************************** The activity of designing the accounting recording system is a practical work activity that is mandatory for UIB students to complete the undergraduate program. The purpose of researchers doing practical work is to assist Souvenirbatam_id in recording accounting. The design of digital and computerized accounting based recording systems that use the Microsoft Office Access program will be introduced to Souvenirbatam_id. The use of the application is believed to achieve the objectives of this practical work. This practical work is carried out through the stages of observation, surveys, interviews, system design, implementation, revision and assessment. Designing a recording system through a Microsoft Office Access software application has 4 most important parts, namely tables, queries, forms and reports. Recording starts from filling out transactions and application features that function to make it easier for business owners to record and record transactions as part of the form. Data collected from the form will be stored in the table. For the presentation of financial statements, it is necessary to make a query which functions as a merging of existing data in the table. The query is created to form a financial statement. The financial statements produced by the previous stage are in the form of income statement, balance sheet, fixed assets, and general ledger. The application of the recording system design will take place at the Souvenirbatam_id store. Accounting records carried out by Souvenirbatam_id using the results of this design system can present an accurate financial report so that it can be used by interested parties.
