Abstract

Pada lazimnya, banyak UMKM yang masih belum memiliki laporan keuangan yang lengkap dan akurat disebabkan oleh masih kurangnya pengertian mereka terhadap laporan keuangan yang mengakibatkan laporan keuangan menjadi suatu hal yang susah dan rumit untuk dikoordinir oleh para pemilik. Namun mereka tidak mengetahui bahwa dengan adanya laporan yang terperinci akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap operasional usaha mereka. Karena dengan adanya laporan keuangan yang lengkap, maka mereka akan dapat dengan lebih mudah mengetahui performa dari kondisi keuangan mereka dengan baik. UMKM Jie Ge Sop Ayam Kampung, merupakan usaha yang didirikan oleh Gabriel Bryan pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2018, usaha tersebut berlokasi pada foodcourt Pasir Putih, Batam. Toko ini bergerak dibidang kuliner dan memiliki satu karyawan. Proses pelaksanaan kerja praktek dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Agustus sehingga bulan Desember. Dimana dikerja praktek ini akan disusun fullset laporan keuangan dan laporan inventory berbasis Microsoft Excel yang dimana dengan format tersebut akan lebih mudah dikoordinirkan. Adapun hasil dari kerja praktek ini akan menghasilkan laporan penjualan dan pembelian, laporan laba rugi, laporan neraca, laporan arus kas, dan laporan inventory bulanan. Seluruh laporan yang dirancangkan oleh penulis telah diaplikasikan dengan baik oleh pemilik usaha. Sekarang Jie Ge Sop Ayam Kampung telah memilik laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standard akuntasi dasarnya. ********************************************************************** In generaly, many MSMEs still do not have complete and accurate financial reports due to their lack of understanding of financial reports which makes financial statements difficult and complicated for the owners to coordinate. But they did not know that having a detailed report would greatly affect their business operations. Because with a complete financial report, then they will be able to more easily know the performance of their financial condition well. Jie Ge Kampung Chicken Sop, is a business founded by Gabriel Bryan on October 26, 2018, the business is located in the Pasir Putih food court, Batam. This store is engaged in culinary and has one employee. The process of carrying out practical work is carried out from August to December. Where this practice is carried out, a full set of financial reports and inventory reports based on Microsoft Excel will be arranged, which with this format will be more easily coordinated. The results of this practical work will produce sales and purchases reports, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and monthly inventory reports. All reports designed by the author have been well applied by the business owner. Now Jie Ge Sop Ayam Kampung has financial reports that are in accordance with its basic accounting standards.
