Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya sebuah kontrak kerja untuk dibuat secara tertulis, merancang draf kontrak kerja, hingga pada akhirnya menghasilkan draf kontrak kerja antara pihak Notaris dan pihak karyawan yang bekerja di kantor Notaris/PPAT Analis Wida Delima Pandjaitan, S.H., M.Kn. yang berisikan tentang hak dan kewajiban dari masing-masing pihak. Kontrak kerja tersebut juga memiliki kekuatan hukum dan dapat dijadikan acuan oleh antar pihak bila terjadi perselisihan dikemudian hari. Kegiatan ini deselenggarakan mulai dari tanggal 10 Juni 2019 hingga 15 September 2019, dengan metode observasi serta wawancara kepada pihak Notaris/PPAT maupun karyawan. Perancangan kontrak ini dilakukan atas persetujuan pihak Notaris/PPAT dan karyawan serta berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan 1320 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata. ********************************************************************** This practical work is done with the purpose to give insight about the importance of a work contract to be physically written, to design an employment contract draft, and in the end produced an employment contract between the notary and the employees working at the Notary/PPAT Office Analis Wida Delima Pandjaitan, S.H., M.kn which in it details the rights and obligations of each parties. This employment contract is also legally binding and can be used as a reference by the parties in case of a dispute in the future. This project is done from 10th June 2019 to 15th September 2019, with observation method and interview to the Notary/PPAT party and the employee party. This legal contact drafting is done based on the agreement between the Notary/PPAT and the employees while keep remembering the terms of the Labour Law and article 1320 of Private Law Bible.
