Abstract

Kegiatan kerja praktik dilaksanakan dengan tujuan membantu UMKM (Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah) mulai dari pencatatan setiap transaksi yang terjadi hingga pembuatan laporan keuangan secara komputerisasi. Kegiatan kerja praktik ini dilaksanakan pada Toko YY Boutique. Toko YY Boutique merupakan usaha yang menjual berbagai pakaian wanita. Sistem yang digunakan pada toko masih manual, yaitu menggunakan buku tulis untuk mencatat setiap transaksi penjualan dan menyimpan nota untuk setiap pembelian. Oleh karena itu, kerja praktik ini dimaksudkan untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang praktis untuk dipergunakan oleh pemilik UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan kerja praktik ialah melakukan survei dan sesi wawancara. Terdapat beberapa tahapan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan, salah satunya adalah tahap pelaksanaan. Perancangan sistem dilaksanakan pada tahap tersebut dengan mempergunakan Microsoft Access versi 2013. Sistem dibuat sesuai peraturan SAK-EMKM dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan toko. Tahap terakhir pada pelaksanaan proyek ialah penilaian dan pelaporan. Luaran yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ialah sistem akuntansi berbasis Microsoft Access. Sistem yang diberikan pada toko telah dilakukan uji coba terlebih dahulu dan perbaikan sehingga sistem yang dihasilkan handal. Sistem yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat membantu toko dalam mengembangkan bisnis dan pengambilan keputusan terkait kelangsungan toko. ********************************************************************** Practical work activities are carried out to assist MSMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) starting from recording every transaction that occurs to making computerized financial statements. These practical work activities are carried out at YY Boutique Store. YY Boutique shop is a business that sells a variety of women's clothing. The system used in stores is still manual, which uses a notebook to record every sales transaction and keep a memorandum for every purchase. Therefore, internship report is intended to create a practical system for use by SME owners. The implementation method for internship report activities is to conduct surveys and interview sessions. There are several stages in the implementation of activities, one of which is the implementation stage. The system design is carried out at that stage by using the 2013 version of Microsoft Access. The system is made according to SAK-EMKM regulations by adjusting store needs. The final stage in project implementation is assessment and reporting. The output obtained from the implementation of activities is a Microsoft Access-based accounting system. The system provided at the store has been tested and improved so that the resulting system is reliable. The resulting system is expected to help stores in developing business and decision making related to store continuity.
