Abstract

Merancang suatu sistem pencatatan akuntansi merupakan tujuan dari Kerja Praktik ini. Hal ini disebabkan tidak adanya sistem pencatatan akuntansi dan pengendalian internal yang terdapat pada tempat usaha. Maka sistem ini digunakan sebagai solusi permasalahan sistem pencatatan yang terjadi pada Nanda Motor dalam proses analisis dan mengambil suatu keputusan keuangan. Aktivitas Kerja Praktik dimulai tanggal 01 Agustus 2019 s.d. 31 Desember 2019. Metode pada saat pelaksanaannya menggunakan wawancara, observasi, perancangan dan simulasi pada tempat usaha. Sistem pencatatan dan pengendalian internal yang terdokumentasi adalah hasil yang diterima pihak perusahaan. Sitem yang dibuat menggunakan basis komputer, yaitu memakai aplikasi Microsoft Access 2010. Sistem yang dibuat dengan sederhana, disesuaikan dengan tempat kerja praktik dan disesuaikan dengan standar akuntansi. Sistem akuntansi dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh perusahaan, karena telah dirancang secara sederhana. Sistem yang sudah dibuat dapat mempermudah penyelia untuk mengelola data yang ada pada aktivitas operasional. Sehingga menghasilkan suatu laporan yang berfungsi untuk membantu mengambil suatu kebijakan. Selain itu, pemilik usaha dapat menilai secara lebih rinci tentang pendapatan dan biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan. Penerapan sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini telah dilaksanakan oleh pihak manajemen dalam beberapa periode, dan telah membuat laporan keuangan yang dapat diandalkan bagi pihak perusahaan. Laporan keuangan yang dibuat yaitu laporan laba rugi dan posisi keuangan yang menjelaskan situasi keuangan perusahaan. ********************************************************************** Designing an accounting recording system is the purpose of this Practical Work. This is due to the absence of a system of accounting records and internal controls contained in the place of business. Then this system is used as a solution to the recording system problems that occured in Nanda Motor on the process of analysis and taking a financial decision. Practical Work activities begin on August 1, 2019 until December 31, 2019. The method at the time of its implementation was using interviews, observation, design and simulation at the Practical Workplace. Documented recording and internal control systems are the results received by the company. The system is made using a computer base, which uses Microsoft Access 2010. The system is made simply, adapted to the workplace practice, and is in accordance with accounting standards. The accounting system can be used easily by companies, because it has been designed simply. The system that has been made can make it easier for business owners to manage existing data on operational activities. Thus producing a report that serves to help take a policy. In addition, business owners can assess in more detail about the revenue and costs incurred by the company. The application of this accounting recording system has been implemented by the management for several periods, and has made reliable financial reports for the company. The financial statements prepared are the income statement and financial position that describe the company's financial situation.
