Abstract

Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan, yakni mampu memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dialami Toko Super Bordir dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang dikarenakan tidak adanya sistem transaksi operasi dan pelaporan keuangan yang memadai. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan Kerja Praktek berupa sistem transaksi operasi dan pelaporan keuangan. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dimulai pada 01 Agustus 2019 dan selesai pada 31 Januari 2020. Adapun metode pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ialah melalui wawancara, pengamatan, perancangan, dan implementasi. Penyusunan sistem transaksi operasi dan pelaporan keuangan dilakukan melalui program Microsoft Access. Sistem ini disusun mulai dari penentuan daftar kode akun yang akan digunakan Toko Super Bordir, kemudian perancangan bentuk dan tampilan form jurnal umum dan jurnal – jurnal khusus, serta diakhiri dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Pada tahap akhir, sistem transaksi operasi dan pelaporan keuangan diimplementasikan pada Toko Super Bordir untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan Kerja Praktek. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini berupa rancangan sistem transaksi operasi dan pelaporan keuangan yang telah diimplementasikan pada Toko Super Bordir. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam pelaoran keuangan dan operasional transaksi. Laporan keuangan yang dapat diperoleh terdiri dari laporan posisi hutang dan piutang, laporan hasil penjualan, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan laba rugi. ********************************************************************** The Practical Work is conducted to achieve a particular goal, where is to afford practical solution regarding the challenge encountered by Super Bordir Shop in the decision making process due to the absence of an adequate operational transaction and financial reporting system. The eventual result of this Practical Work is formed in the operational transaction and financial reporting system. The Practical Work was initiated on 31st of August 2019 and ended on 31st of January 2020. The Practical Work is carried out through interviews, surveillance, designation, and application. The designation of the operational transaction and financial reporting system is accomplished through Microsoft Access. This system is formed from determining the chart of accounts, continued by designing the form and appearance of the general journal and specific journal forms, and ended by the preparation of financial statements. In the final stage, the designed operational transaction and financial reporting system is implemented in Super Bordir Shop as the achievement of the Practical Work’s objectives. Implementation of the operational transaction and financial reporting system is the final output of the Practical Work. The designated system is capable to be used as a financial reporting and operational transaction instrument. Statement of receivables and liabilities position, statement of financial position, statement of revenues, and statement of profit or loss are all the financial statements that could be attained from the system.
