Abstract

Penelitian Tentang Hukum dalam Kerja Praktek yang telah dilaksanakan agar mendapatkan arah dalam hal supaya diketahuinya suatu proses bagaimana peranan seorang advokat untuk menegakkan hukum yang ada di Indonesia terhadap kasus pidana dan perdata, yang berpedoman kepada undang-undang nomor 18 tahun 2003 Tentang Advokat yang akan diterapkan pada Kantor Hukum Ambarastha Waskitha Justice. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan selama periode 10 Juni 2019 s.d. 2 Agustus 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek adalah menggunakan tahapan metode Yuridis Empiris. Pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini dilaksanakan dalam dalam empat tahap yakni tahap persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan serta akan ada tahapan penilaian serta tahapan terakhir adalah pelaporan. Proses tahapan pelaksanaan yakni adalah tahapan tentang perancangan dimana ada proses terjadinya observasi dan melakukan pengidentifikasi terhadap persoalan yang terjadi serta melakukan pengumpulan data-data penting, kemudian melakukan Analisa kebutuhan sistem, merancang proyek akan dibuat, menguji kesesuaian proyek pada tempat kerja dan melakukan tahapan implementasi pada kantor tempat dimana melakukan kegiatan magang. Penyaji selanjutnya memberikan luaran proyek yang dihasilkan berupa pembentukan diagram alir dan video dalam peranan advokat untuk menegakkan hukum yang ada di Indonesia mengenai kasus pidana dan perdata kepada Advokat di Kantor Hukum Ambarastha Waskitha Justice. Hasil dari implementasi luaran proyek ini membantu yang bekerja dan yang datang pada kantor hukum Ambarastha Waskitha Justice dalam memahami peranan advokat dalam kasus pidana dan perdata. Dan hasil yang diimplementasikan pada proyek ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar dalam proses pelaksanaanya. ********************************************************************** Research on Law in Practical Work that has been carried out in order to get directions in terms of knowing a process of how the role of an advocate to enforce existing laws in Indonesia for criminal and civil cases, guided by law number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates to be applied at the Ambarastha Waskitha Justice Law Office. Practical Work Activities are carried out during the period 10 June 2019 until August 2, 2019. The method used in the implementation of practical work is to use the stages of the Empirical Juridical method. The implementation of this practical work is carried out in four stages namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and there will be an assessment stage and the final stage is reporting. The implementation stage process is the stage of design where there is a process of observation and identification of problems that occur as well as collecting important data, then analyzing the system needs, designing the project to be made, testing the suitability of the project at work and carrying out the implementation stages at the office where the internship is conducted. The author then provides the resulting project output in the form of flow charts and videos in the role of advocates to enforce existing laws in Indonesia regarding criminal and civil cases to Advocates at the Ambarastha Waskitha Justice Law Office. The results of the implementation of this project output helped those who worked and who came to the Ambarastha Waskitha Justice law office in understanding the role of advocates in criminal and civil cases. And the results implemented in this project went well and smoothly in the implementation process.
