Abstract

Pada umumnya pemilik usaha UMKM kurang menyadari akan pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan yang tepat dan akurat karena kebanyakan pengusaha UMKM menganggap membuat laporan keuangan yang sistematis adalah hal yang sulit, rumit ataupun belum cukup penting dan sebagian hanya melakukan pencatatan keuangan dengan seadanya saja sehingga menyebabkan pemilik tidak dapat menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan atau kerugian pada usaha yang sedang dijalankannya. Hal ini dapat membuat pengusaha sulit untuk menganalisa dan membuat keputusan yang tepat untuk usaha yang dijalankannya. Kegiatan kerja praktek dilakukan di Toko Vellas Florist yang berlokasi di Ruko Pertokoan Citra Mas Blok D No. 13, Penuin – Batam dan berlangsung pada periode 1 Juli 2017 sampai dengan 30 September 2017. Laporan kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk membantu menyusun laporan keuangan yang sistematis dan akurat. Sistem laporan keuangan yang dirancang dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2007 sehingga laporan keuangan yang disusun sangat mudah untuk diterapkan. Hasil dari implementasi laporan keuangan yang akan disusun antara lain yaitu: laporan laba rugi, laporan arus kas, laporan neraca, laporan aset, laporan penjualan, dan laporan pembelian. Sistem yang telah disusun tersebut telah diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh bagian keuangan Toko Vellas Florist dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang jelas dan akurat, sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan referensi pemilik usaha untuk menganalisa dalam mengambil keputusan. ********************************************************************** In general, MSME business owners are less aware of the importance of preparing accurate and accurate financial reports because most MSME entrepreneurs consider making a systematic financial report difficult, complicated or not important enough and some only do financial records in a way that makes the owner unable to analyze the factors that affect the profit or loss of the business that is being run. This can make it difficult for entrepreneurs to analyze and make the right decisions for the businesses they run. Practical work activities are carried out at the Vellas Florist Shop located in Ruko Mas Toko Citra Mas Blok D No. 13, Penuin - Batam and takes place in the period 1 July 2017 to 30 September 2017. This practical work report aims to help prepare systematic and accurate financial reports. The financial reporting system is designed using Microsoft Excel 2007 software so that the financial statements that are prepared are very easy to implement. The results of the implementation of the financial statements that will be prepared include: the income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet report, asset report, sales report, and purchase report. The system that has been prepared has been well implemented by the financial department of Vellas Florist Stores and produces clear and accurate financial reports, so that it can be used as reference material for business owners to analyze decision making.
