Abstract

Tujuan dari laporan kerja praktek ini yaitu untuk menganalisis masalah-masalah yang terjadi pada Toko Tween Accessories yang berlokasi di Ruko Botania Garden Blok B9 No 2B. Pencatatan laporan keuangan yang dibuat secara manual merupakan masalah utama yang terjadi pada pemilik Toko Tween Accessories. Hambatan tersebut akan dibantu oleh penulis terhadap pemilik usaha dalam merancang sistem pencatatan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam laporan kerja praktek ini yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode observasi dan wawancara terhadap pemilik usaha Toko Tween Accessories dengan Ibu Yu Tie. Hasil dari informasi yang diperoleh kemudian dikembangkan oleh penulis agar dapat diolah menjadi data pada sistem laporan keuangan. Perancangan sistem laporan keuangan meliputi jurnal transaksi yang harus diinput oleh pemilik usaha setiap hari pada periode tertentu selama kegiatan operasional usaha dijalankan. Laporan mencakup laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan, laporan persediaan barang dagangan, laporan laba rugi, dan laporan neraca. Luaran dari laporan kerja praktek ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan berbasis Microsoft Excel yang efektif agar dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemilik usaha dalam menilai kinerja operasional usaha dari laporan keuangan pada periode tertentu. Diharapkan dari sistem laporan keuangan yang telah dirancang oleh penulis dapat membantu pemilik usaha dalam mengontrol dan mengawasi transaksi-transaksi selama kegiatan operasional usaha. ********************************************************************** The objective of this practical work report is to analyze the troubles confronted with Tween Accessories Store located at Ruko Botania Garden Blok B9 No 2B. The problem faced is the recording of financial statements that are nevertheless accomplished manually. These obstacles will be assisted by the author of business owners in designing a financial statement recording system using Microsoft Excel. Statistics series used in this practical work report used is the technique of observation and interviews with the proprietor of Tween Accessories Shop business with Ms. Yu Tie. The results of the information obtained are then developed by the author so that it can be processed into data in the financial reporting system. The design of the financial reporting system includes a transaction journal that must be inputted by the business owner every day for a certain period during business operations, until producing the purchase report, sales report, merchandise inventory report, income statement, and balance sheet report. The outcome of this practical work report is expected to produce outcome that can be utilized by enterprise proprietors in assessing the operational performance of a business from the financial statements for a certain period. It is expected that the financial reporting system that has been designed by the author can help business owners in controlling and overseeing transactions during business operations.
