Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisa terhadap pelaksanaan dari pada proses perekrutan, pengiriman dan pelatihan tenaga kerja migran, disesuaikan dengan peraturan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 tahun 2017 Tentang Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Migran. Hal ini di upayakan agar tenaga kerja migran Indonesia bebas dari tindakan yang melanggar aturan hukum serta mengembangkan sistem kerja dan pengoprasian perusahaan yang disesuaikan dengan peraturan hukum yang berlaku. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan selama periode 8 mei 2019 s.d. 28 Juli 2019. Bahwa metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti merupakan penelitian hukum empiris. Dan dalam Kerja Praktek ini terdapat tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap penilaian dan pelaporan, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap persiapan. Peneliti dalam melakukan tahapan observasi ini merupakan tahap pelaksanaan dan pengumpulan data-data serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan tersebut, dan selanjutnya merancang system, implementasi, menganalisis kebutuhan sistem, beserta menguji kesesuaian. Luaran proyek yang dihasilkan berupa sertifikat kerja dan silabus pelatihan kerja di PT. Sekolah Vokasi Iser. Hal ini agar dapat diberikan perlindungan kepada para calon tenaga kerja migran sebelum kerja agar memudahkan mereka dalam mendapatkan perkerjaan yang sesuai dengan keahlian mereka masing-masing dan membanntu proses dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to provide an analysis of the implementation of the process of recruiting, sending and training migrant workers, adjusted to the regulations of Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning Protection of Migrant Workers. This is done so that Indonesian migrant workers are free from actions that violate the rule of law and develop work systems and operations that are adjusted to the applicable legal regulations. Practical Work Activities are carried out during the period May 8, 2019, until July 28, 2019. That the research method used by researchers is empirical legal research. And in this Job Training there are three stages, namely the assessment and reporting stage, the implementation phase, and the preparation stage. The researcher in conducting this observation stage is the stage of implementing and collecting data and identifying the problem, and then designing the system, implementing, analyzing system requirements, and testing suitability. The resulting project output in the form of a work certificate and job training syllabus at PT. Iser Vocational School. This is so that protection can be given to prospective migrant workers before work in order to facilitate them in getting jobs that are in accordance with their respective expertise and assist in the process of getting a job.
