Abstract
Judul Laporan ini adalah “Aktivitas trainee departemen pastry di Aston Hotel Batam & Residence, tujuan penulis membuat sebuah laporan ini adalah untuk perkembangan sebuah penelitian tentang perhotelan melalui sebuah observasi yang nyata melalui penulis dan juga dapat mendapatkan lebih banyak ilmu dan inspirasi juga motivasi dari bidang yang digeluti yaitu “pastry &bakery” dan macam-macam cara penulis untuk mengumpulkan data data yang diperlukan dengan melalui observasi langsung yaitu melihat cara-cara pembuatan produk dan interview adalah bertanya untuk kelebihan dan kekurangan produk juga mendokumentasikan seperti memfoto atau mencatat data-data yang telah diambil tersebut. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut membuat jadi lebih mandiri dan dapat mengetahui berbagai macam-macam ilmu yang dapat dikuasai untuk dunia kerja selanjutnya untuk kedepan misalnya degan membuka usaha sendiri atau dengan bekerja dibagian bidang tersebut. ********************************************************************** The little of this report is “The activity of the pastry departemen trainee at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence, the purpose of the writer to make this report is to develop a study of hospitality through a real observation trough the author and also can get more knowledge and inspiration as well as motivation from the field of study. Wrestle that is “Pastry & Bakery“ and various kinds of ways the author to collect the necessary data trought derect observation that is looking at ways of making product and interviews is to ask for advantages and disadvantages of the product also documented such as photographing or recording the data that has been taken. With this trainee it makes them more independent and know various kinds of knowledge that can be mastered for the world of work, for the future, for the example by opening their own business or by working in that field.
