Abstract

Kerja praktik ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh Toko Teo Nailart Studio atas sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang diterapkan. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang diterapkan Toko Teo Nailart Studio sangat sederhana dan tidak akurat, sehingga pemilik tidak menyadari kondisi finansial usahanya dan dampaknya terhadap keputusan yang diambil. Perancangan sistem melalui perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Access 2016, dimana sistem tersebut akan dirancang menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Toko Teo Nailart Studio. Perancangan sistem berawal dari wawancara hingga pengimplementasian sistem. Dengan proyek ini, akan membuahkan luaran berupa sistem pencatatan yang akurat dan sederhana yang terkandung daftar akun, daftar asset, form, dan laporan. Sistem yang dirancang telah diimplementasikan oleh Toko Teo Nailart Studio secara baik. Pengguna sistem telah mampu menginput data transaksi hingga membuahkan laporan finansial. Manfaat yang dapat diterima dalam proyek ini adalah Toko Nailart Studio dapat menyajikan laporan keuangan secara mandiri. Hal ini akan membantu dalam pertimbangan terhadap keputusan yang diambil. Laporan yang berhasil dirancang melalui sistem berupa, laporan hasil usaha, posisi keuangan, arus kas, pendapatan, all transaction report, buku besar, dan neraca saldo. ********************************************************************** This practical work has the aim to solve the problems faced by Teo Nailart Studio on the accounting recording system applied. The accounting system applied by Teo Nailart Studio is very simple and inaccurate, so that the owner is not aware of the financial condition of his business and its impact on the decisions taken. Designing the system through software Microsoft Office Access 2016, where the system will be designed to suit the needs of Teo Nailart Studio. System design starts from the interview to the implementation of the system. With this project, it will produce outcomes in the form of an accurate and simple recording system that contains a list of accounts, a list of assets, forms, and reports. The designed system has been well implemented by Teo Nailart Studio. System users have been able to input transaction data to produce financial reports. The benefit that can be received in this project is that the Teo Nailart Studio can present financial reports independently. This will help in the consideration of the decisions taken. Successful reports are designed through a system in the form of, results of operations, financial position, cash flow, income, all transaction reports, ledgers, and trial balances.
