Abstract

Kerja praktik ini bermaksud untuk merancang sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi pada perusahaan yang bersifat UMKM (Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah). Tujuan dilakukan perancangan sistem adalah kondisi ekonomi yang semakin maju yang mengharuskan usaha-usaha untuk ikut berkembang. Perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu pemilik Royale Laundry dalam proses pencatatan transaksi, mengawasi pendapatan dan beban, serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dapat mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Kerja praktik dilakukan selama jangka waktu 15 Juli 2019 - 30 November 2019. Metode yang dilakukan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Melalui 3 (tiga) tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta penilaian dan pelaporan. Mulai dari perrmohonan izin untuk melakukan kerja praktik serta izin untuk menggali informasi perusahaan, menganalisa dan memahami data yang bersangkutan dengan laporan kerja praktik, sampai perancangan sistem. Terakhir adalah penilaian dari pemilik tempat kerja pratik yang bersangkutan terhadap penulis. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa adanya suatu sistem pencatatan akuntansi untuk Royale Laundry. Dengan adanya penerapan sistem pencatatan akuntansi pada Royale Laundry, diharapkan dapat mempermudah pemilik untuk menjalankan dan mengembangkan bisnisnya karena memiliki sistem yang dapat menghasilkan data yang akurat sehingga mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini diuji coba dan dievaluasi beberapa kali sehingga dapat menghasilkan sistem yang handal dan sesuai kebutuhan. ********************************************************************** This internship intends to design an accounting recording system for company that is MSME (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises). The purpose of designing a system is because of increasingly advanced economic condition that requires businesses to keep developing. The design of the accounting recording system is also expected to help Royale Laundry owners in the process of recording transactions, overseeing income and expenses, and producing financial reports that can help the users to make a quick and accurate decision making. Job training was carried out during the period of July 15 2019-30 November 2019. The method used were observation and interview. Through 3 (three) stages, namely the stage of preparation, implementation, and assessment and reporting. Starting from requesting permission to do job training as well as permission to find company information, analyze and understand datas related to internship reports, to designing system. Lastly is the assessment of the owner of the job training for the author. The resulting output is the existence of an accounting recording system for Royale Laundry. With the application of the accounting recording system at Royale Laundry, it is expected to make it easier for owners to run and develop their business because it has a system that can produce accurate data so as to make a quick and accurate decision making. This accounting recording system is tested and evaluated several times so that it can produce a system that is reliable and as needed.
