Abstract

Tujuan kerja praktek ini adalah guna memecahkan masalah yang terdapat pada Bengkel Makmur Jaya Motor dengan merancang sistem pencatatan akuntansi. Kegiatan kerja praktek tersebut dimulai dari tanggal 10 Juni 2019 sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2019. Meng-observasi, wawancara, merancang dan menyusun merupakan teknik pengumpulan data pada kerja praktek tersebut. “Microsoft Office Access” merupakan software yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntasi bagi Bengkel Makmur Jaya Motor. Hasil dari perancangan sistem akuntansi dalam kerja praktek tersebut yaitu peng-inputan transaksi usaha yang akan menghasilkan laporan keuangan berupa laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan ekuitas, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan dan laporan persediaan. Hasil dari perancangan kerja praktek tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keuntungan yang diterima oleh Bengkel Makmur Jaya Motor. Sistem akuntansi tersebut melakukan pencatatan atas setiap transaksi pembelian beserta penjualan yang menghasilkan laporan keuangan berisi informasi akuntansi yang memadai dalam tujuan pengambilan keputusan usaha oleh pemilik usaha. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this practical work is expected to solve the problems found in Makmur Jaya Motor Workshop by designing an accounting record systems. Practical work is being done from 10th June 2019 as action working days until 31th October 2019 as report date. Data collection techniques will be done through observing, interviewing, designing and compiling as the scope of practical work. “Microsoft Office Access” is the software used in designimg accounting records’ system for Makmur Jaya Motor Workshop. The results of designed accounting records’ system in practical work is to enter business transactions that will produce financial statements in the form of income statements, statements of changes in equity, statements of financial position, reports of purchases, sales reports, and inventory reports. The paper contains benefits received by Makmur Jaya Motor Workshop. The accounting system records every purchase and sale transaction that produces financial statements contain adequate accounting information for the purpose of making business decisions by the business owner.
