Abstract

Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada di sebuah usaha warung makan De’Sate. Berisi tentang implementasi catatan keuangan De’Sate baik mulai dari perancangan, pembukuan untuk warung makan De’Sate. Kegiatan Kerja Praktik dilakukan pada tanggal 01 Maret 2019 s/d 01 Juni 2019 dengan menggunakan metode yang dipilih. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja meliputi: wawancara, observasi, peracangan dan mengimplementasikan sistem keuangan. Merancang sistem pembukuan catatan keuangan berbasis Microsft Excel yang bisa dipakai oleh pemilik usaha. Dimulai dari menentukan format laporan keuangan yang sudah dipahami seperti penerimaan kas, pengeluarkan kas, pembelian dan penjualan, lalu memasukan ke dalam buku besar catatan laba rugi dan neraca agar pemilik usaha dapat mengetahui keuntungan yang mereka peroleh setiap bulan oleh Warung De’Sate Batam. Hasil kerja praktik ini menunjukkan bahwa di tempat praktik kerja terdapat dampak yang positif untuk usaha warung De’Sate Batam setelah sistem yang dirancang berhasil dilaksanakan, hal tersebut dapat diketahui melalui pembukuan yang sistematis dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to overcome the problems that exist in a De’Sate food stall business. Contains the implementation of Des financial records, starting from the design, bookkeeping for De’Sate food stalls. Practical Work Activities are carried out on March 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019 using the selected method. Job Training activities include: interviews, observation, planning and implementing the financial system. Designing a financial accounting system based on Microsft Excel that can be used by business owners. Starting from determining the format of financial statements that have been understood such as cash receipts, cash issuances, purchases and sales, then put in a ledgers income and balance book ledger so that business owners can find out the profits they get every month by Warung De'Sate Batam. The results of this practical work show that at work practice there is a positive impact on the De'Sate Batam stall business after the system was designed successfully implemented, this can be known through systematic bookkeeping in conducting financial records.
