Abstract

Proposal Bisnis yang digunakan oleh UMKM Kayu Manis Batam selama ini tidak mengikut perkembangan sistem yang terjadi di Kota Batam sehingga saat ini UMKM Kayu Manis masih belum mendapatkan sponsor atau investor yang ingin menginvestasikan dalam bisnis Kayu Manis Batam. Penulis melakukan penelitian yang terjadi pada UKM Kayu Manis Batam dan membuat Proposal Bisnis baru yang terupdate dengan perkembangan yang terjadi sehingga proposal bisnis yang dibuat oleh penulis dapat membantu UKM Kayu Manis Batam. Proposal Bisnis yag dibuat oleh penulis berbasis hardcopy atau sebuah laporan tertulis. Pada tahap paling awal penulis melakukan kunjungan ke tempat Kayu Manis Batam untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih lengkap, seperti data latarbelakang usaha Kayu Manis Batam sehingga penulis dapat melakukan penelitian tersebut dan memecahkan masalah tersebut. Dalam Proposal Bisnis usaha Kayu Manis Batam berisi Latarbelakang usaha, data perusahaan, biodata pemilik/pengurus, output yang diharapkan, analisis pasar dan pemasaran (STDP), analisis usaha (SWOT), permasalahan, solusi masalah, dan metode pelaksanaan. Usaha Kayu Manis Batam akan mengimplementasikan Proposal Bisnis, Surat Perjanjian Kerjasama, dan Pitch Deck untuk mendpatakan investor yang akan investasi pada usaha tersebut. Oleh karena itu, proposal bisnis, Surat Perjanjian Kerjasama dan Pitch Deck yang di buat penulis dapat membantu usaha Kayu Manis Batam dalam mendapat investor. Harapan yang penulis berikan kepada Kayu Manis Batam adalah sebuah Proposal Bisnis terupdate, surat perjanjian kerjasama yang dapat digunakan dan memenuhi syarat sistem Hukum, dan Pitch deck yag telah diupdate sehingga semua yang telah penulis lakukan dapat membantu perkembangan Usaha Kayu Manis Batam. ********************************************************************** The business proposal used by UMKM Kayu Manis Batam has not followed by system development that took place in Batam City not that UMKM Kayu Manis Batam are still not getting sponsors or investors who want invest in UKM Kayu Manis Batam. The author conducted a study that took place at UKM Kayu Manis Batam and made a new Business Proposal that was updated with the developments that occurred so that the business proposal made by the author could help UKM Kayu Manis Batam. Business proposals made by hardcopy based authors or a report. At the erlierst stage the author made a visit to UKM Kayu Manis Batam to obtain more complete information, such as the background business of Kayu Manis Batam so that the author could carry out the research and solve the problem. In Business Proposal of UKM Kayu Maniscontains business background, company information, owner or management background, expected output, market analysis and marketing (STDP), Business analysis (SWOT), problems and solution problems and implementation methods. UKM Kayu Manis Batam will implement th Business Proposal, cooperation Agreement and Pitch Deck to express investors who will invest in the business. Therefore, a business proposal, a cooperation agreement and pitch deck made by author can help UKM Kayu Manis Batam in obtaining investors. The hope the the author gives to Kayu Manis Batam is an updated Business Proposal, cooperation agreement that can be used and fulfills the legal system requirements, and pitch deck which has been updated so that everything that author has done can help Kayu Manis Batam.
