Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan sistem pencatatan akuntansi sesuai kebutuhan Loket Mekar agar dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Loket Mekar mencatat laporan keuangannya secara manual ke dalam sebuah buku. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan dari 10 September 2018 hingga 22 Juli 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini adalah observasi, wawancara, perancangan, dan simulasi. Perancangan sistem akuntansi pada penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak microsoft office access 2007. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari sistem yang dirancang berupa sistem yang memuat daftar akun, daftar produk jasa, daftar aset tetap, jurnal pendapatan jasa, jurnal transaksi, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal, dan laporan posisi keuangan. Sistem yang dirancang telah diimplementasikan oleh pemilik Loket Mekar dengan baik. Informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh Loket Mekar seperti rincian penerimaan kas, pengeluaran kas dan lain-lain dapat dicatat secara otomatis dan mempermudah kinerja pengguna. Laporan buku besar, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal, dan laporan posisi keuangan yang dihasilkan dapat membantu pemilik usaha dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dengan lebih tepat dan mudah. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this research is to design an accounting system according to the needs of Loket Mekar so that it can be used as a medium for accounting processes. Loket Mekar records daily transactions and recapitulates monthly transactions manually into a book. This research activities are carried out from September 10th, 2018 to July 22th, 2019. The methods used in implementing this practical work are observation, interviews, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The design of the accounting system in this research uses Microsoft Office Access 2007 software. Outputs generated from the system are designed in the form of account list, service product list, fixed asset list, service income journals, transaction journals, general ledger reports, income statements, statement of capital change, and statement of financial position. The owner of Loket Mekar has implemented a well-designed system. Reports that have been provided in the system features that have been designed to help business owners to process understanding business performance and in the decision making process.
