Abstract
Penulis melakukan penelitian dengan melakukan dokumentasi langsung pada cafe untuk mengetahui cara yang efektif yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengunjung dengan melalui digital marketing yaitu akun instagram. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari 21 Agustus sampai dengan 10 November 2019. Penelitian laporan kerja ini menggunakan metode observasi serta dokumentasi langung ke cafenya. Dari kedua metode tersebut, penulis menemukan cara digital marketing dan menerapkannya. Hasil akhir dari analisis yang didapatkan yaitu setelah penulis menganalisis dan mendapatkan ide bahwa dalam memasarkan sebuah cafe dapat dilakukan dengan digital marketing. ********************************************************************** The author does the project with direct documentation in a café to find an effective way that can improve the experience of a consumer when dining in through digital marketing. This project was done during from 21st August to 10th November 2019. Work report uses observation and direct documentation method on the café. From the two methods, the author can find out how to do the digital marketing. The final result of the analysis obtained helps the author to know when in promotion a café you can do it through digital marketing.
