Abstract

Tujuan dari kerja praktik ini adalah melakukan perancangan sistem, pencatatan akuntansi, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan berbasis Microsoft Office Access. Hal ini bertujuan agar klien dapat melakukan pencatatan akuntansi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan secara efektif dan efisien dan sesuai ketentuan standar akuntansi yang berlaku sehingga hasilnya akan bermanfaat untuk pengambilan keputusan usahanya. Kerja praktik dilaksanakan dari tanggal 30 September 2018 sampai dengan 14 Maret 2019. Tahapan pelaksanaan kerja praktik yaitu melakukan wawancara demi pengumpulan informasi, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem. Sistem dirancang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Yayasan Sekolah Permata Hati dimana sistem tersebut terdiri atas menu input nama siswa, input tagihan, input inventaris, penerimaan kas siswa, penerimaan kas non siswa, pengeluaran kas siswa, dan pengeluaran kas non siswa. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan dari sistem yaitu laporan aktivitas, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan tunggakan, laporan per siswa dan buku besar. Pengguna sistem mendapatkan pelatihan dan pemahaman dasar-dasar akuntansi setelah mendapatkan sistem yang sudah dirancang. Setelah dilakukan implementasi sistem terdapat perubahan antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan sistem. Proses pembuatan laporan keuangan sekolah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu melakukan penginputan secara tepat waktu. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this practical work is to design the system, accounting records, and make financial statements based on Microsoft Office Access. It is intended that the client can make accounting records and financial report making effectively and efficiently and in accordance with applicable accounting standard provisions so that the results will be useful for making business decisions. Practical work is carried out from September 30, 2018 to March 14, 2019. The stages of implementing practical work are conducting interviews for information gathering, system design, and system implementation. The system is designed to be tailored to the needs of the Permata Hati School Foundation where the system consists of student name input menus, bill input, inventory input, student cash receipts, non-student cash receipts, student cash expenses, and non-student cash expenses. Financial reports generated from the system are activity reports, financial position reports, arrears reports, per student reports and ledgers. System users get training and understanding the basics of accounting after getting a system that has been designed. After the implementation of the system there are changes between before and after using the system. The process of making school financial reports is more effective and efficient. Suggestions that can be given are inputting in a timely manner.
