Abstract

Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini bertujuautn untuk mengatasi permalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ketupat Gulai Pakih dalam mempromosikan produk tersebut dengan meningkatkan brand awareness serta dapat meningkatkan jumlah omset penjualan juga menambah pelanggan baru,dan mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada. Pelaksanaan kerja praktek Ini dimulai pada periode 20 Oktober s.d 15 Maret 2019. Metode yang digunakan untuk pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini adalah wawancara, observasi, perancangan dan implementasi. Hasil dari penerapan Kerja Praktek ini menghasilkan penerapan sistem berupa bauran pemasaran yang sesuai dan dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada UKM “KETUPAT GULAI PAKIH”.Luaran proyek dari penerapan Kerja Praktek ini adalah luaran proyek yang terdiri atas: periklanan (Advertising) dengan cara membuat akun media sosial berupa instagram, (Sales Promotion) berupa membuat brosur, dan kartu nama yang bertujuan untuk dibagikan kepada calon-calon pelanggan baru dan dengan cara membuat banner, lalu dipasangkan ke stand dari Ketupat Gulai Pakih. Hasil implementasi dari strategi bauran pemasaran tersebut menggunakan luaran, Advertising, Sales promotion, Direct Selling memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan dari jumlah pendapatan,dan pelanggan dari Ketupat Gulai Pakih.Selama dua bulan dalm implementasi luaran proyyek Kerja Praktek, UKM Ketupat Gulai Pakih dapat menjual 15-20 piring/hari,dibandingkan dengan penjualan “Ketupat Gulai Pakih” yang hanya terjual sebanyak 5-10 piring/hari. ********************************************************************** Implementation of this practice to overcome permalahan bertujuautn thatfaced by the Ketupat Gulai Pakih in promoting the product by improving brand awareness and increase the number of sales turnover also add new customers, and retain that customer. Practical work was started in the period of October 20 until 15 March 2019. The method used for the implementation of this practice is interviews, observation, design, and implementation. The result of applying this practice resulted in the adoption system in the form of an appropriate marketing mix and can be used to overcome problems exist in SMEs Ketupat Gulai Pakih. Output project from the application of this practice is the outcome of projects which consists of: Advertising) by creating social media accounts such as instagram, Sales Promotion In the form of leaflets, and cards are intended to be shared to prospective new customers, and direct selling, that is by making banner, then making to the stand of Ketupat Gulai Pakih. The results of the implementation of the marketing mix strategy to use outcomes, Advertising, Sales promotion, Direct Selling has a positive impact on the an increase of the amount of revenue, and customers of Ketupat Gulai Pakih. For two months the implementation of the outcomes project preformance Job Training, SMEs Ketupat Gulai Pakih may sell 15-20 plates / day, compared with sales of Ketupat Gulai Pakih which only sold 5-10 plate / day.
