Abstract
Jasa yang diberikan oleh PT. Kita Jaya Sukses merupakan service dan maintenance seperti mencuci, pengadaan, perbaikan dan penggantian suku cadang Air Conditioner, serta instalasi pada Air Conditioner yang sering dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan – perusahaan dan masyarakat yang menggunakan Air Conditioner pada kegiatan sehari - hari. Dalam proses maintenance Air Conditioner untuk pengecekan pada bagian pipa kapiler,dalam hal ini sering ditemukan kesulitan untuk menemukan letak kebocoran pada pipa kapiler. Hal tersebut karena proses pengecekan kebocoran masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini maka, diterapkan cara pemakaian alat yang memudahkan untuk mendeteksi adanya kebocoran pada pipa kapiler. Alat tersebut adalah Value Freon Gas Leak yang fungsinya dapat mendeteksi gas Freon yang keluar dari bagian – bagian yang ada di Air Conditioner, dengan cara menempelkan ujung tube ke bagian yang mengalami kebocoran. Dari hasil pengujian yang diperoleh, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Value Freon Gas Leak dapat berfungsi mendekati harapan awal. Value Freon Gas Leak mampu bekerja dengan baik dengan melakukan uji coba mendeteksi freon jenis HFC-134a yang langsung keluar dari tabung freon. Hanya saja pada pengujian seluruh perangkat pada Air Conditioner tidak dapat dilakukan karena keterbatasannya media yang akan digunakan. Kita Jaya Sukses is a service and maintenance such as washing, procuring, repairing and replacing Air Conditioner parts, and installing Air Conditioners which are often used by companies and communities that use Air Conditioner in their daily activities. In the process of maintenance Air Conditioner for checking the capillary pipe, in this case it is often found difficult to find the location of leaks in the capillary pipe. This is because the leak checking process still uses conventional methods. To overcome this problem, how to use a tool is applied which makes it easy to detect leaks in the capillary tube. The tool is a gas leak Value Freon whose function is to detect Freon gas coming out from parts in the Air Conditioner, by attaching the tip of the tube to the part that has leaked. From the test results obtained, the authors can conclude that the Value Freon Gas Leak can function near the initial expectation. Value Freon Gas Leak is able to work well by conducting a trial to detect the freon type HFC-134a which is directly out of the freon tube. It is just that in testing all devices in the Air Conditioner cannot be done because of the limitation of the media that will used.
